Turning Pointe Therapeutic Riding, Inc. is located at RAMROD FARM, a 300+ acre, state-of-the-art riding facility in Ashaway, RI. Our facility provides an ideal setting for the handicapped program. We have a 200 foot by 90 foot indoor arena, a 24 stall attached horse barn, lounge/meeting room, private office area, 1st and 2nd floor viewing areas, handicapped parking and lavatories. The barn is surrounded by open woods, meadows, paddocks and a pond area. Our program includes trail riding through this picturesque setting. Turning Pointe promotes therapeutic riding for developmentally challenged and physically and emotionally impaired individuals of all ages. We provide a very safe, secure environment and follow NARHA (North American Riding for the Handicapped Association) guidelines.
